I am extremely happy with the quality of the product, AND the service Spencer provided, which included good advice, extra service and prompt actions. Instead of jumping through a phone tree and waiting an inordinate amount of time on the phone, I felt I was personal personal friend of Spencer and was receiving help from a good neighbor, rather than a huge uncaring company.
FWIW, I'm old and REALLY like Spencer's way of doing business.........that's the way it should be done, IMO!!!
