- Send your logo as a black-and-white .ai file, or we’ll draw one for $60.
- We send a mockup. Nothing gets cut until you approve it.
- We make it by hand and ship it. One tree planted per order.

Common questions
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can order one. Prices drop at 10, 20, 40, 100, 500 and 1000 pieces.
- How long does a corporate order take?
- Between 3 days and 7 weeks depending on product, quantity and customisation level. Each table above lists lead time per tier. Add 2–3 weeks of processing on fully custom work, and tell us early if you have a hard date.
- Can every piece be different?
- Yes. Individually customised orders carry a different name, date or title on each piece — the usual choice for employee gifts and wedding parties.
- What file do you need for our logo?
- A black-and-white .ai file. If you only have a PNG or JPG we can redraw it for $60.
- Do you ship outside Utah?
- Yes, anywhere in the US. Everything is made in Utah and ships from there.
- Can we see it before you make 200 of them?
- Always. You get a mockup and nothing is cut until you approve it.
- What is the return policy on custom orders?
- Custom work can’t be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the mistake is ours — which is exactly why the mockup step exists.
- Who actually makes this?
- Spencer Hughes and a laser, in Utah. You deal with the owner, not a support queue.
